Big success on Coppa del Presidente 2016
International Taekwon-Do Association of Slovenia is a member of Taekwon-do club Radovljica attended competitions Coppa del Presidente 2016 in the Italian tourist center of Riva del Garda. We participated in the selection extremely important match of Italian national team for World Cup 2016 in Brighton, London, where we competed with 270 top competitors in all age categories. 11 of our athletes achieved great success and won 17 medals. Our youngest contestant Marko Oblak has reached a particularly great success as he won the trophy for the best rider in the age group 6-8 years.

– Boys 6 – 8 year: Marko Oblak, tulls 8. kup 1. place, sparring -125 cm 1. place and trophy for the best athlete in in the category;
– Girls 9 – 11 year: Neža Guštin, tulls 6. kup 1. place, sparring -135 cm 3. place;
– Boys 9 – 11 year: Tibor Oblak, sparring -135 cm 2. place;
– Girls 12 – 14 year: Ivana Sitar, sparring -145 cm 3. place;
– Boys 12 – 14 year: Medej Ručigaj, tulls 5. kup 3. place, sparring -153 cm 2. place, Taj Fister Lovšin, sparring -153 cm 3. place;
– Girls 15 – 18 year: Naja Zupan, tulls I.DAN 3. place, sparring – 50 kg 1. place, Neja Fister, tulls I.DAN 3. place, sparring – 60 kg 2. place;
– Seniors 18 + year: Barbara Sitar, sparring 70+ kg 2. place, Robert Guštin, tulls 4. kup 2. place, sparring -76 kg 2. place
